Terms of Service.
These terms apply to the MailDignity website, API and browser extension (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service.
MailDignity reviews email text and returns a verdict (PASS, REVIEW or FAIL), flagged lines and suggested rewrites. Verdicts are automated suggestions, not legal, compliance or deliverability advice. You decide what to send and remain responsible for your emails.
Your account.
Keep your sign-in details and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Revoke a key from the dashboard if you think it is exposed.
Plans and quotas.
Each plan includes a monthly number of checks. Every API or extension call uses one check. When the quota runs out, further calls are refused until the next period or an upgrade. Unused checks do not roll over. Prices are shown on the website; annual plans include two months free.
Acceptable use.
- No unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or deceptive messages, and no spam that breaks applicable anti-spam laws.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or resell the Service, or to extract its rules or models.
- No sharing keys to get around quotas.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content.
You keep all rights to the emails you check. You give us permission to process them only to return a result. We do not store them. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be announced on the website or by email.
Liability.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MailDignity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end access for breach of these terms.
